About HolidayCutoff
HolidayCutoff is an independent, advertising- and affiliate-supported website. We built it to answer the questions people actually ask in the last weeks of the year: when is the last day to post this so it arrives by Christmas, how many days are left until Black Friday, is that discount really a discount, and when do I have to return it?
What we publish
Free calculators and short guides for holiday shipping deadlines in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, plus shopping-day dates and simple price maths.
How we research
Shipping dates come straight from the carriers’ own published 2026 holiday schedules (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail and Parcelforce, Canada Post and Australia Post). We do not scrape retailer prices, and we never invent offers, coupon codes or countdown urgency. Every figure that comes from a third party is linked at the bottom of the page where it is used, and every page shows when it was last reviewed. If a carrier, retailer or organisation changes its published information, the official source wins over anything on this site.
How the tools work
All calculators run in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to our servers. The shipping tool compares carrier dates with your device clock; the deal and return calculators use only the numbers you enter.
How we make money
HolidayCutoff shows advertising (Google AdSense) and may include affiliate links to retailers and other services. This never changes what we write about a product or a date, and we do not accept payment for placement in our guides. Details are on the affiliate disclosure page.
Corrections
If you spot an error, tell us through the contact page. We correct factual mistakes quickly and update the “last updated” date when we do.
